Eat less than WW allowed points per day- 3 less is best, 1 less is OK
Do not eat weekly points, exercise points.
30 minutes cardio daily.
Best breakfast ever??? Iced coffee with soymilk and splenda. Sweet and thick, keeps me full until one o'clock or so. Loooooovely.
I think that goal is quite doable. Hang in there, and stay strong. And OMG that iced coffee sounds absolutely HEAVENLY!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely comment on my blog! Plenty of fruit is healthy but I don't get how the new WW thinks that the cals in fruit don't eventually add up and sabotage weight loss. Good luck with your plans :)
